Senior Customer Engagement Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Call Centre Representative to spearhead customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector, preferably with a background in outbound sales or customer support.
Job Summary
- The primary responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with customers through phone interactions, addressing their queries, and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and consistently achieve sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or customer support is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for building rapport with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required for resolving complex customer issues.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is beneficial.
