Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The primary goal of this position is to utilize expertise in Adobe Target, web development, and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools to enhance digital customer experiences.

Primary Tasks:

  • Design, implement, and manage data-driven personalization and A/B testing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and engineering, to drive business growth through informed decision-making.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe Target capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Develop and integrate Adobe Target solutions with martech tools (Salesforce CRM, Marketo, etc.) to elevate customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including setting up personalized experiences and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEM).
