To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably from an IIM or other top business school.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a challenging environment, with hands-on experience in category management, sourcing, and vendor relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with a natural flair for communication and networking.
