Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Process Management: Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency, client satisfaction, and risk management. Ensure effective controls are in place and review periodic risks.
- Resource Planning: Forecast and manage resource requirements through peaks and troughs in the business cycle. Establish contingency planning procedures.
- People Management: Set clear goals and expectations, conduct regular progress reviews, and develop employee competencies. Identify performance issues proactively and create action plans for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a good understanding of accounting and insurance principles.
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Team leader managing a team of 15+ individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
- A solid understanding of accounting and insurance principles is highly desirable.
