Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned project manager who can thrive in self-directed work environments and collaborate effectively with teams. This role requires dynamic skills, fast-paced work scenarios, and the ability to play a critical role in technology product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Break projects into actionable steps, establish timelines, and liaise with clients to identify requirements and scope objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management, and ensure client needs are met throughout project progression.
  • Monitor project progress, handle issues, communicate status to participants, and collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate blockers.
  • Utilize tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures, create comprehensive project documentation, and develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
  • Deliver projects on time within scope and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project manager or similar role.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
