Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator in Chennai, India. The work will be done onsite. Compensation is ₹900 – ₹1,300/hr.

Senior Salesforce Administrator — Onsite (Chennai)

Location: Chennai (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Type: Contract (6–12 months, extendable)

Start: Immediate or ≤15-day notice

Hours: IST business hours with occasional stakeholder overlap

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning).
  • Configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards.
  • Manage security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules).
  • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups.
  • Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center).
  • Partner with business and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments.
  • Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems (work with middleware teams).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments.
  • Expert in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation).
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model.
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Exposure to MuleSoft/other iPaaS; basic Apex understanding for coordination.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred.

Screening: online admin assessment + scenario-based interview.

Compliance: background check; onsite presence required.
