Job Description

This role involves leading the integration of technology and healthcare, requiring leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and oversee IT system development.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop project concepts, create business cases, and implement solutions.

  • Provides strategic direction to team members involved in IT system development and optimization.
  • Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service continuity.
  • Recommends changes to policies and procedures to improve efficiency and support platform compatibility.
  • Liaises with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and develops effective action plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition programs, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal and change management skills.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Utilizing proven interpersonal and change management skills to overcome resistance to new processes and technologies.
  • Strong business acumen to recommend optimal solutions to complex business problems.
  • Self-starter with ability to produce positive results under tight deadlines with limited resources.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Project Management Methodologies.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, or related field. Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, high-tech, or related field is preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
