Job Opportunity


We are seeking a highly skilled E-Retail Manager to lead our online sales efforts and drive business growth. As an E-Retail Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance our company's online presence and increase sales.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of marketing principles, customer behavior, and sales trends.


Responsibilities:

01] Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

02] Lead cross-functional teams of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

03] Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.

04] Analyze sales metrics and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and optimize e-commerce strategies.

05] Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales to continually improve our online sales efforts.


Requirements:

1] Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

2] Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through e-commerce strategies and tactics.

3] Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

4] Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions.
