Senior AEM Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Developer to design, architect, and develop innovative technology solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients across various industries.

As a Senior AEM Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the way we deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of multifaceted applications, leveraging your expertise in AEM 6.x and beyond.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to turn complex ideas into end-to-end solutions that transform their businesses.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methods, applying your knowledge to provide scalable and elegant solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years focused on AEM.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Components, Templates, Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, workflow, Content Publishing and unpublishing, Tagging, Analytics, Deployment (Maven), and Content migration/planning.
  • Significant design experience with AEM and a deep understanding of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak, and Adobe Dispatcher.
  • Experience working with popular search engines like Solr, ElasticSearch, or Lucene, and proficiency in search query performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in integrating products/technologies like Salesforce, SSO, LDAP, and API Gateways using ReST.
  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies like Bootstrap, ReactJS, Handlebars, Grunt, Angular, CSS3, HTML 5, and jQuery.
  • Mastery of all core web and Java technologies, including Java 8/11, JEE, XML, XHTML, client/server-side scripting languages like JavaScript, and JSP, HTL, and web services development using Restful implementations.
  • Knowledge of AEM capabilities, including Multi-site manager (MSM) and Blueprinting, and the use of Online marketing components like advanced targeting/personalization and multi-variate testing.
  • Understanding of cloud-native approaches and platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and AEM as Cloud Service.
  • Familiarity with Adobe I/O Runtime and Adobe I/O Events.
