Renewable Energy Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Renewable Energy Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and remote troubleshooting services for our PCS/BESS product portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide training and guidance, and ensure that they are fully satisfied with our products and services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of renewable energy systems, including power distribution diagrams and user manuals. You must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • English as working language
  • Self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action
  • Working experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in PCS and BESS
