Lead Sales Manager

The role of the Lead Sales Manager is to drive business growth by acquiring new SME/MSME borrowers and expanding the lending portfolio. This involves managing the entire loan lifecycle, from lead generation to disbursal, while ensuring credit approvals and maintaining portfolio quality.

This position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of B2B lending products. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-quality sales funnel, driving key sales metrics, and managing the complete credit sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a sales pipeline and drive sales targets through effective lead qualification and documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including lead generation, processing, and disbursal.
  • Ensure timely renewals and collections to maintain portfolio health.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across credit, operations, and tech to deliver a seamless lending experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Credit Sales Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in nbfc or fintech credit sales.
  • Strong knowledge of sme/msme lending products and working capital finance.
  • Proven experience in b2b lending sales and credit lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
