We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Director to join our team at the Cheran Group Of Companies.

Our latest venture marks our entry into the health and wellness sector, focusing on functional beverages that support gut health and immunity. We plan to introduce innovative, fusion-flavored drinks that tap into the growing demand for wellness products.

Job Summary

This role will play a key part in coordinating with our external branding and marketing agency to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day communication with the agency, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with our company vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our company and the external branding and marketing agency.
  • Collaborate with the agency to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, influencer partnerships, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and logistics to ensure cohesive communication across departments.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and feedback to optimize future campaigns.
  • Evaluate and maintain creative assets and marketing materials to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Build relationships with external vendors and partners involved in marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in coordinating with external agencies for marketing campaign execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
