  • Hands-on Technical Expertise: Proficiency with 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC, electronics prototyping, and related tools.

  • Innovation Program Facilitation: Ability to coach and support employees on creative problem-solving, prototyping, and rapid iteration.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong client-facing skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse employee groups.
