We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager who can lead the platform scale and components to make it industry-best in relevant areas.

  • 5+ years of experience with products requiring heavy engineering and scaling
  • Strong background in Python, distributed computing, big data processing, and cloud computing
  • Experience in optimizing, scaling, and reliability of large-scale systems for various data modalities and AI models
  • Strong fundamentals in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and multi-cloud environments

As Sr Engineering Manager, you'll design, modify, and scale architecture, and implement scalable infrastructure for AI/ML solutions and data engineering. You'll collect productized components, add and scale them on the platform, and architect and scale AI inference platform and related components.

You'll work on running optimizations on inference speed and latencies, manage product development activities, and collaborate with R&D/data science and front-end teams. You'll mentor juniors and middle managers, and continuously improve standards of the product and architecture.
