Job Title: Treasury Manager

The primary function of a Treasury Manager involves overseeing comprehensive treasury operations for multiple Renewable Energy Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). This encompasses managing daily cash flows, optimizing fund utilization, and facilitating debt servicing.

  • Manage the allocation and optimization of funds across various project SPVs to minimize costs and maximize returns.
  • Coordinate the issuance of Letters of Credit and facilitate Buyer's Credit / Supplier's Credit arrangements.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to generate interest income.
  • Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans and maintain accurate records of advance and Performance Guarantee received from vendors/Bank Guarantee issued to third parties.
  • Manage Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, limit monitoring, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Generate treasury accounting entries on a regular basis to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Lead Know Your Customer compliance for all bank accounts and implement digital initiatives to streamline transactions.
  • Collaborate with banks on operational matters and develop strong working relationships to optimize business outcomes.
  • Provide timely submissions of Treasury-related details, coordinate audits, and respond to audit queries to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare monthly Treasury Management Information System (MIS) reports, including loan repayments, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures, to inform business decisions.
  • Support new project financing activities and Loan documentation to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Accounts, Projects, Procurement) to enhance efficient treasury operations and achieve organizational goals.
