Remote Appointment Setter Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads using our advanced dialer and CRM system.
  • Follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments with licensed agents across the US.
  • Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals through focused effort and dedication.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections in a professional manner.
  • Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
  • Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
