Our team is seeking an Administrative Service Professional to join our operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

- Daily Transactions: Process daily transactions as per set targets, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Change Management: Effectively manage change within self and the team, driving growth and improvement.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all organizational policies, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in divisional and organizational level activities, engaging with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Reporting: Ensure timely reporting as required, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with other departments as necessary, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Owning Deliverables: Take full ownership of deliverables, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

- Industry Experience: Prior work experience in the relevant industry is beneficial, showcasing applicable skills and knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Possess moderate to excellent computer skills, with ability to work in MS Office systems.
- Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Demonstrate good analytical skills, decision-making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
