Digital Marketplace Strategy Manager

Job Overview:
This role is part of our Amazon and Flipkart ads team, focusing on developing and executing comprehensive marketplace strategies aligned with business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute Amazon marketplace strategies that drive growth and improvement. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Product Optimization: Implement best practices for product discoverability and conversion rate optimization on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Customer Experience: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Growth Initiatives: Assist in creating brand strategies for clients, aligning them with return expectations based on category performance, AMS advertising account learnings, and brand life cycle stages.
- Team Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge about the latest trends and best practices in Amazon and Flipkart ads with the team, conducting regular academy calls to ensure smooth information flow.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials and operations manuals.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience.
