Job Description :

As the Amazon US Marketplace Manager , you will spearhead efforts to maximize our tactical apparel brand's performance on the Amazon US marketplace. Your role will encompass strategic planning, team leadership, advertising optimization, and revenue growth management. You will leverage your expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central to achieve outstanding results in the North American market.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Amazon US marketplace, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Manage a high-performing Amazon US account with annual revenue exceeding $10M and AMS spends of over $500K/year.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for Amazon operations, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Optimize product listings on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Oversee and refine advertising campaigns, utilizing tools like Amazon Advertising Console, to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with Amazon marketplace representatives to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to track performance, generate insights, and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in online selling and tactical apparel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably in the tactical apparel or related industry.
  • Proven success managing Amazon US accounts with significant revenue and ad spend.
  • Expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations and promotional strategies.
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, and analytics tools, with a track record of campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Familiarity with the tactical apparel industry and a deep understanding of its target audience.
  • Experience managing Amazon 1P relationships is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
