About this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leadership professional to spearhead the onboarding process for new franchisees, coordinate training programs, and ensure brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchisees, encompassing documentation, due diligence, and initial engagement.
- Coordinate comprehensive training programs for franchise partners and their teams to guarantee service consistency and brand adherence.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, operational excellence, and customer experience standards.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on long-term expansion strategies and market penetration plans.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in franchise development or business development within the retail or hospitality sector.
- Profound understanding of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingsness to travel extensively across India.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
