Job Overview

The Marketing and Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in amplifying the Foundation s programs, partners, and impact in the nonprofit sector by leveraging social media and program marketing strategy. This includes managing various online channels and communities, ensuring a consistent brand presence, creating and publishing creative content that increases awareness and engagement, and enables the Foundation to maximize its impact across the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan to support key Foundation goals, including maintaining timelines, overseeing production of materials, leading communication with internal and external partners, and post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Design visual elements for web and print assets
  • Maintain and update the Foundation s websites 3 in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish using Wix
  • Manage email promotion and social media calendar
  • Draft, edit, and distribute promotional emails using Mailchimp in English, Arabic, Spanish, and French
  • Develop onboarding programs for Foundation programs 2
  • Develop social media strategies for Foundation programs, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Manage advertising campaigns
  • Engage with target audiences by responding to learner queries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms
  • Support Foundation partners on joint marketing initiatives
  • Communicate internal marketing information between Foundation and stakeholders
  • Create annual learner surveys in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic using Survey Monkey
  • Analyze and report results, using data to optimize and evolve our marketing strategies
  • Ensure consistency and authenticity of the Foundation s brand and social voice
Key Operational Responsibilities:
  • Run monthly reports on Foundation metrics
  • Manage Foundation budget and collaborate with stakeholders to manage operating expenses and tax processes
  • Process vendor payments
  • Prepare quarterly Board presentations with Director of DisasterReady and Head of Social Impact
  • Organize knowledge management and collaboration tools for Foundation
  • Manage customer relationship management system
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, and implement changes to increase efficiency
