Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Scale talent, culture, and people systems with velocity and rigour.

We need an HR leader who can drive end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics. The right candidate will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our human capital management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top passive talent.
  • Create and run employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs (pulse surveys, townhalls, recognition programs).
  • Analyse and present insights on hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning to leadership.
  • Partner with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
  • Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance, compensation administration, and policy documentation.
  • Act as an employee champion — coach leaders, handle escalations sensitively, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Run periodic audits, headcount forecasting, and budget coordination.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Track record of hiring technical roles and business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with HR metrics, dashboards, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
