Procurement Coordinator Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role in procurement where you can utilize your skills and experience to drive business growth? As a Procurement Coordinator at Titan Consultancy, you will be responsible for assisting the Procurement Manager in purchasing goods and services for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key company employees to determine their products and services needs.
  • Monitor business trends and product availability to secure the best price for company goods and services.
  • Negotiate contract agreements with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs.
  • Provide follow-up and expediting as necessary to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Assess total costs of company purchases to ensure alignment with defined budgets.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in purchasing, with comprehensive knowledge in strategic procurement.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and source-to-pay tools.
