Purchase Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key company employees to determine their products and services needs.
- Monitor business trends and product availability to secure the best price for company goods and services.
- Negotiate contract agreements with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs.
- Provide follow-up and expediting as necessary to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
- Assess total costs of company purchases to ensure alignment with defined budgets.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in purchasing, with comprehensive knowledge in strategic procurement.
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and source-to-pay tools.
Working Environment:
