Job Title: Automation and Technology Professional

 

We are seeking a proactive professional to manage day-to-day HR Tech operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision.

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination independently.
  • Conduct regular HR technology audits, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • Liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
  • Implement new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (with HR tech/automation background preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
  • Knowledge of Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
  • Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise across HR and technology functions essential.

 

Skills in specific areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management are highly desirable.

 

As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

 

The chosen candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, while also contributing to ongoing process improvements.
