Senior People Analytics Partner

This role is a key part of Adobe's Employee Experience organization, working closely with the Director of Analytics Business Partnering.

  • The Senior People Analytics Partner will focus on India and engage in global projects and partnerships to build strategic insights for HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact to the People Analytics team.
  2. Consult with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Centers of Excellence (HR COEs), and leaders across the business to gain a deep understanding of current business priorities and ensure reporting and analysis align with those objectives.
  3. Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and other leaders, conducting analyses and/or literature reviews to advise on key business and people questions.
  4. Leverage academic and industry research, analytics, and knowledge of HR trends to address practical business challenges.
  5. Communicate priority HR initiatives and business context to the rest of the team, driving clarity and execution.
  6. Author presentations and communicate insights that promote action and positive impact.
  7. Champion proper data handling to maintain privacy & confidentiality standards.
  8. Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives on complex data and present to non-analytical audiences in a way that drives impact and decision making.
  9. Explore, prototype, and iterate on insights from internal data and research.
  10. Partner with research, data science, and business intelligence members of the People Analytics team on complex analyses, modelling, and data transformation.
  11. Translate business requirements into technical reporting/BI requirements for BI projects, partner with BI teams on wireframing, testing, and rollout of reporting/BI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working in HR and/or consulting to organizations (with 5+ years in people analytics).
  • Expertise in I/O psychology or a related field (i.e., advanced degree or equivalent experience in topics related to workplace psychology).
  • Statistical and analytical proficiency (i.e., able to interpret, explain, and answer questions about data analysis and results, conduct basic statistical analyses).
  • Strong competency in storytelling with data and research while ensuring the integrity of the results.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Solid understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices.
  • Excellent ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Python or R skills proficiency (preferred but not essential).
  • HR Analytics Certification (preferred).
