Fundraising and Partnerships Leader

We are seeking an experienced head of fundraising and partnerships to drive our growth strategy.

This senior role will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising plan, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring timely progress reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with funders, donors, and CSR leaders, as well as creating compelling donor-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to meet organizational growth goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, donors, and CSR leaders
  • Design and implement effective donor-facing communications, including proposals, reports, and campaigns
  • Lead a high-performing team and develop robust systems for donor management, grant compliance, and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space
  • Proven ability to lead multi-crore partnerships and raise significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports
  • Deep understanding of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to identify funder priorities
