Job Description

Lead the transformation and embedding of our culture, championing our values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development.
  • Advising and strategizing on the development of effective employment policies across the organization.
  • Providing professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, increasing knowledge, sharing best practice and ensuring relevant professional standards are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including data protection, Equality Act and health and safety).
  • Managing the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and HR systems.
  • Driving continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximising productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers and building leadership capability.
  • Taking a lead role in transforming organisational culture, ensuring the company values and approach are displayed.
  • Executing diversity, equality, and inclusion plan that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments.
  • Regularly coaching, mentoring and supporting senior colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop relationships and encourage retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Masters degree in HR or related field.
  • 12+ years experience in HR role.
  • Create people strategy, leveraging commercial acumen and metrics for driving performance.
  • Proactive attitude, integrity and interpersonal skills.
  • Agile work ethic, innovative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Managing skilled team, decision-making, Employment Law knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
