Technical Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical program leader to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives.

  • Assume overall delivery responsibility for the program, working closely with technical stakeholders from GL and client side (architects, designers, tech leads, UI/UX designers, Product owners/BA etc) to ensure that the solution is optimal and aligned with business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to client stakeholders, presenting/explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to define program plan, KRAs and process, communicating the program status and structure across the Project Management team and all necessary departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of programs including risk assessment and problem resolution, conducting program reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in managing full program management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep experience in understanding the functional scope, design and technology to ensure right solution is delivered.
  • Proven ability to meaningfully engage with highly technical stakeholders and explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Understanding/experience with executing programs in two or more areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Understanding of all the allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards etc.
