Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including Meta and Google Ads.

  • Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), and scale monthly paid acquisition efforts.
  • Allocate and optimize digital budget to maximize paid lead volume and minimize cost per lead (CPL).
  • Execute SEO and content marketing strategies to increase organic website traffic and grow annual lead pipelines, maintaining strong capture and conversion ratios.
  • Drive social media growth and engagement by managing cross-platform channels and creating impactful content.
  • Build and manage automated outreach and nurturing workflows using CRM platforms.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel communication campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email, tracking and improving channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  2. Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Meta & Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, and CRM-based lead management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and marketing automation platforms.
