International Sales Director

 

Drive international sales and business growth by leading cross-functional teams to achieve profitable expansion in the Middle East market. Strategize, research markets, develop entry plans, and negotiate contracts with distributors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining profit margins.
  • Expand presence through partnerships, distribution networks, and strategic alliances.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.

 

Market Strategy & Business Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and competitors.
  • Develop comprehensive entry plans based on insightful data analysis.
  • Lead initiatives for opening new businesses in target markets.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Support regional campaign development and execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Team Collaboration & Risk Management:

  • Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate to meet company objectives and address challenges promptly.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East region.
  • Proven track record of sales success and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of trade regulations, compliance matters, and industry best practices.
