Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong technical acumen, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners/vendors for seamless project execution
  • Develop project scopes and objectives in consultation with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource allocation and availability
  • Establish a comprehensive project plan to track progress
  • Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Monitor project performance using relevant systems, tools, and metrics
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello)
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with external partners/vendors
  • Prepare and maintain thorough project documentation

Requirements:

  • Excellent educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical professionals
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector
  • Strong technical foundation, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is highly desirable
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
