Job Title: CMS Developer

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to join our team. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining cutting-edge content management systems that deliver exceptional user experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles, SEO, accessibility and usability. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement website content management systems, including custom module development, configuration and integration.
  • Collaborate with our web design and development teams to ensure seamless alignment between CMS platforms and visual/functional project requirements.
  • Ensure CMS implementations are secure, scalable and optimized for performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS performance, usability and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with new CMS features and technologies, recommending and implementing upgrades and improvements as necessary.
  • Document CMS guidelines, best practices and development processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of web development principles, SEO, accessibility and usability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of web security practices.
