Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating vibrant and accessible urban spaces. They will contribute to the development and implementation of projects that bring about positive social and environmental impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of urban landscape and complete streets projects.
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to inform project planning and design.
  • Assist in preparing design concepts, presentations, and reports related to complete street projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and consultants, to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Organize and facilitate community consultations and workshops to gather valuable feedback.
  • Research best practices in urban landscape design and complete streets, supporting project development.
  • Analyze data to evaluate project outcomes and inform future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in urban planning, landscape design, or project coordination.
  • Solid understanding of urban planning principles and sustainable development practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS) is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with government agencies and NGOs.
  • Experience in conducting site audits and surveys.
  • Knowledge of complete streets design principles.
