Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Specialist to fill this key role. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for information security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting Information Security Management System (ISMS) audits in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and conducting ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits for clients.
  • Evaluating ISMS policies, procedures, and controls against ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Identifying gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Preparing comprehensive audit reports with clear findings and improvement recommendations.
  • Assisting clients in maintaining compliance and continual improvement of ISMS.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Providing training and awareness sessions on ISO 27001 requirements when required.
  • Staying updated with evolving information security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
  • Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (mandatory).
  • 3-5 years of experience in conducting ISO 27001 audits and assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of information security risk management, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent understanding of ISMS documentation, implementation, and continual improvement.
  • Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
