Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

The role of a Cybersecurity Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and security of digital systems. This includes designing, developing, and enhancing security architectures to safeguard against potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Security Architectures: Implement and continuously enhance security architectures across various levels, including application, network, servers, and blockchain.
  • Smart Contract Security: Analyze, design, and reinforce smart contracts and blockchain-based systems to guarantee transaction integrity.
  • Threat Detection and Mitigation: Monitor systems 24/7, detect advanced threats, and deploy mitigation measures in real-time.
  • Code Audits and Testing: Conduct code audits, penetration testing, and red teaming across cloud, mobile, and blockchain environments.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with international standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Advanced Encryption: Develop and maintain advanced encryption protocols, multifactor authentication, and quantum security mechanisms.
  • IDM and Access Controls: Implement identity and access management policies and secure access controls.
  • Incident Response: Create and manage incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Requirements:
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity applied to fintech, digital banking, or blockchain platforms.
  • Blockchain Security: Deep expertise in blockchain security, including defense against attacks on distributed networks, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
  • Cloud Security: Strong background in cloud security (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Modern Cryptography: Solid knowledge of modern cryptography and quantum encryption algorithms.
  • Security Frameworks: Experience with security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).
  • Forensic Analysis: Ability to perform forensic analysis on compromised systems.
  • DevSecOps: Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, secure CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strategic mindset: ability to identify risks before they escalate into incidents.
