About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Field Marketing Professional to drive growth in Coimbatore.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including school/college tie-ups, seminars, apartment/community initiatives, roadshows, kiosks, stalls, local events, parent/student meets, and referral programs.
  2. Lead Generation and Walk-ins: Generate student leads and increase walk-ins for admissions by leveraging excellent communication skills and local market knowledge.
  3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve admission targets and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  4. Brand Visibility: Maintain brand visibility through posters, banners, events, and other offline promotions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
About You

We seek a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Marketing Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork, preferably in the education sector.
  • Freshers Welcome: Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across Coimbatore & nearby areas. Passion for field marketing and admissions.
