Drive transformative change as a Program Manager.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead cross-functional programs spanning diverse domains, fostering strategic alignment and timely output delivery. You will develop work plans, coordinate sprints, and support tracking against key performance indicators.

As a critical problem solver, you will think critically about metrics and assumptions, challenging surface-level outcomes by investigating structural drivers like reinsurance, channel mix, or customer behavior.

Effective communication and synthesis are essential in this role, where you will distill complexity into clear insights and confidently interact with stakeholders. You will simplify convoluted inputs into actionable next steps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Execution: Develop and execute work plans, coordinate sprints, and track progress against KPIs.
  • Analytical & Creative Problem Solving: Challenge assumptions, investigate structural drivers, and think critically about metrics.
  • Communication & Synthesis: Distill complexity into clear insights, simplify convoluted inputs, and confidently interact with stakeholders.
  • Ownership & Agility: Take ownership of problems, leverage internal networks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred, though not mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of work experience, ideally with exposure to cross-functional programs or consulting.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a balance of structure and creativity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Agile and self-driven with a knack for internal entrepreneurship and initiative-taking.
