Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our poultry technical consultancy efforts. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with sales and marketing leaders, and driving the product portfolio aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through technical expertise and trust-building
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation, satisfaction, and account planning
  • Design and drive the product portfolio aligned with market trends and customer needs
  • Innovate to create value for customers and the organization
  • Develop local poultry consulting team broiler, breeder, layer expertise
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in veterinary science or related field
  • Master's degree in animal nutrition, poultry science, or veterinary pathology preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, 5 years of supervisory experience required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in poultry integration
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in poultry business
  • Experience leading a technical team with staff from multiple locations and disciplines
