Job Description

As a key account leader, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships at critical accounts.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to drive customer segmentation and satisfaction, account planning, and the utilization of related sales applications.

Additionally, you will develop capabilities in the key account team, design and drive product portfolios aligned with market trends and customer evolving needs.

Furthermore, you will innovate to create value for customers and stakeholders, while designing technical service strategies for breeder, broiler, and layer segments in collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in veterinary science or a related field.
  • Master's degree in animal nutrition, poultry science, or veterinary pathology.
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in poultry integration.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in poultry business.
  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise.
