Wind Turbine Installation Specialist

Job Overview
An experienced Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for planning and executing daily site activities, managing crane mobilization, and supervising wind turbine installation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily site activities based on project management schedules and permits of departure.
- Manage crane mobilization, labor allocation, and heavy material movement.
- Supervise wind turbine installation activities, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications.
- Allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor equipment and tools.
- Conduct site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
- Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
- Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones (WCC).
- Resolve execution and commissioning queries through cross-functional coordination.
Technical Oversight:
- Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place.
- Validate the fitness of lifting tools and fixtures.
- Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in wind project execution and be willing to work across India.
