Infrastructure Expert

Provide high-quality IT infrastructure support to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of datacentres, platforms, and corporate systems.
This role involves technical responsibilities such as AIX server management, SAN and storage array management, backup and replication technologies, and AIX server security management.
- Manage and resolve issues logs; perform scheduled maintenance to minimize disruption; manage third-party support contracts where required.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and growth; suggest and implement performance improvements and hardware/software refreshes.
- Ensure FNZ network and systems are internally and externally secure by following existing policies and procedures.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent industry certifications and experience.
- Proficient in AIX operating system administration.
- Knowledge of automation scripting.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, drive change, and new technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
