Job Title: Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our business operations by describing and documenting business requirements for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application.

  • The ideal candidate will convert business requirements into a development maintenance plan, respecting the global IT strategy and plan, policies, and other relevant frameworks.
  • They will collaborate with other application specialists to ensure a consistent solution and long-term governance of data.
  • Additionally, they must stay updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes, and contribute to the development and maintenance plan for the application.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the work on IT architecture and design rules is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will introduce new functionality and propose changes to drive business efficiency.
  • Following up on the quality, performance, and cost efficiency of the application is essential.
  • Documenting and maintaining records of business requirements and implementation is vital.
  • Providing second- and third-line support when needed is required.
  • Driving testing of the application in accordance with the defined test strategy and plan is necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant area is mandatory.
  • More than 3 years' experience from using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application is required.
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application is essential.
  • Experience from working in a multicultural organization is beneficial.
  • Excellent language skills in English are required.
