Expert Customer Success - Inbound Tours

We are seeking a travel professional to join our inbound team as the key link between our international travel partners and on-ground suppliers.

This role involves creating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups, requiring a fast-paced, collaborative approach with attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to B2B travel queries from international agents, designing customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences, handling end-to-end bookings, and overseeing travel documentation.

Requirements include 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations, strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations, excellent communication in English (written & spoken), and being highly organized and able to think on your feet.
