Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Conducting initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and candidate records
  • Providing feedback to candidates and supporting them through the hiring process
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Collaborating with the HR team and hiring managers to meet recruitment needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (non-IT background preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in the recruitment process
  • Ability to address recruitment challenges effectively
