About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Partnership Manager to spearhead our partnerships efforts, fostering strong relationships with key partners and driving mutual success.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry trends, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop scalable partnership models. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and navigate complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations to achieve shared objectives.
- Identify and qualify potential partnership opportunities with technology integrators and developers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership growth strategies.
- Negotiate resource agreements, including product and services collaborations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their concerns and ensuring successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in technology-driven industries.
- Proven track record of building partner ecosystems and managing complex partnerships.
- Experience with legal documentation, such as Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
