About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Partnership Manager to spearhead our partnerships efforts, fostering strong relationships with key partners and driving mutual success.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry trends, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop scalable partnership models. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and navigate complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations to achieve shared objectives.
  • Identify and qualify potential partnership opportunities with technology integrators and developers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership growth strategies.
  • Negotiate resource agreements, including product and services collaborations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their concerns and ensuring successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in technology-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of building partner ecosystems and managing complex partnerships.
  • Experience with legal documentation, such as Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
