Job Opportunity

  • This role is available to manage a team and oversee branch operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall branch performance and profitability of the branch.
  • Drive and participate in field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility and promote financial products.
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor marketing activities at the branch and field level to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion and growth.
  • Foster customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
  • Conduct accurate valuations and appraisals of pledged gold ornaments with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and compliance standards.
  • Jointly responsible for safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups from customers for interest collection and keep NPAs under control.
  • Develop and implement strategies for smooth functioning of the branch, employee development, and maintaining quality and performance of the business.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and train employees and provide timely feedback on their performance.
  • Prepare reports on business performance and take necessary actions for business growth in the branch.
  • Increase gold loan business and third-party products such as NCDs, Gold Coins sales etc.
