Fiber Installation Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Home Service Intern, specializing in fiber installation. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless installation of JioFiber and Airfiber services.

As a Home Service Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Premise connect team to provide top-notch customer service;
• Gaining expertise in customer service, material management, upselling, and crimping and connectorization through classroom and on-the-job learning;
• Developing skills in industry-best safety procedures and processes;

Requirements for this position include:

• ITI education;
• Fresher experience;
• Strong technical orientation and ability to learn quickly;
• Excellent customer orientation and communication skills;
• Local language proficiency;
• Interest in field jobs;
• Ability to adapt to new situations and environments;
