The role of a BIM Manager involves overseeing multiple architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) BIM projects simultaneously.
With extensive experience in the field, key responsibilities include team management, project management, client engagement, business development, budget oversight, and implementing industry best practices in BIM project management.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Project Execution: Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards and methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues. Handle QA/QC including Clash Co-ordination.
Client Engagement:
- Client Communication: Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting client relationships.

- Cost Effectiveness: Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
- Timeline Control: Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
Best Practices Implementation:
