We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  1. Develop and maintain complex financial models for Solar PV and Energy Storage projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our forecasting and analysis.
  2. Evaluate Request for Proposals (RFPs) to populate assumptions and structure into the financial model used for bidding processes, driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Project Financing, Finance (Accounting and Tax), EPC, and others, to gather inputs and coordinate assumptions and structure within the financial model.
  4. Support project stakeholders in running case runs and scenarios to identify optimal economic benefits and analyze key drivers, making informed decisions.
  5. Work closely with model auditors to ensure model audit process is completed efficiently and effectively.
  6. Assist lenders during project finance processes as needed, providing expertise and guidance.
  7. Take ownership of financial models, supporting the bidding team on all matters related to financial modelling, and maintaining/updating models pre and post financial close.
  8. Prepare engaging presentations related to financial analysis, communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  9. Train and supervise junior modelers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting from a reputable institution.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in building, developing, and running project finance-based financial models.
  3. 4-5 years of financial modelling experience in solar/renewable projects.
  4. A strong passion for financial modelling and a can-do attitude.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Recognized university degree - Bachelor or above.
