Hiring for a seasoned Senior Structural Engineer to lead multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.\
  • Work closely with clients and structural design engineers to produce creative solutions.\
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews.\
  • Implement quality management and continuous improvement programs.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in structural engineering.\\/ul\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.\
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively.\
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.\
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.\\/ul\

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D structure modeling software.\
  • Experience with precast technology and hands-on experience in designing precast buildings.\
